Booking & Reservations

You can book directly through our Airbnb listings by clicking "Book on Airbnb" on any property page. Alternatively, contact us via WhatsApp or our enquiry form for a direct quote and personalized assistance.

Minimum stay varies by property, typically 2-3 nights. During peak season (December-January), minimum stays may be longer. Check individual property listings for specific requirements.

Cancellation policies vary by property. Please check the specific property listing on Airbnb or contact us directly for details. We always try to be flexible and work with guests when circumstances change.

A security deposit may be required for some properties, particularly larger villas. This is fully refundable if no damage occurs. Specific deposit amounts are listed on each property page.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

Detailed check-in instructions including access codes, directions, and contact numbers are sent 24 hours before your arrival via email and WhatsApp. Our team is available 24/7 if you need assistance.

Yes, we can arrange airport transfers from Phuket International Airport for an additional fee. We use trusted local drivers who will meet you at arrivals with a name board. Just let us know your flight details when booking.

During Your Stay

All properties include essentials like WiFi, air conditioning, fresh linens, and toiletries. Specific amenities vary by property – check each listing for full details including pool access, kitchen facilities, and entertainment options.

Check-in/check-out cleaning is included with all stays. Additional daily housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee. Some of our larger villas include daily housekeeping in the rate.

You can reach our team 24/7 via WhatsApp, phone, or email. We typically respond within 1 hour during business hours. Emergency contact numbers are also provided in your check-in information.

Most of our properties are family-friendly with amenities like pools, gardens, and spacious layouts. Some properties may have restrictions – please check individual listings or ask us for recommendations based on your children's ages.

Location & Getting Around

Distance varies by location. Patong and northern beach areas are approximately 35-45 minutes from the airport. Kata, Karon, and Rawai areas are approximately 50-60 minutes. We recommend arranging airport transfer for a smooth arrival.

While it's not essential, having transport gives you flexibility to explore the island. We can recommend trusted local rental companies. Alternatively, Grab (Thailand's ride-hailing app) is available throughout Phuket.

Payment & Policies

For Airbnb bookings, payment is handled securely through the Airbnb platform. For direct bookings, we accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Full details are provided when you enquire.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at any of our properties to maintain cleanliness and quality for all guests. Service animals may be accommodated with prior arrangement.

All our properties are non-smoking inside. Some properties have designated outdoor smoking areas. Please dispose of cigarettes responsibly and keep outdoor areas clean.
